The weight of the 35s and so sometimes 33s on the door. It wants to peel the door outwards and thus there crack begins.

Todays the day I start the welding, grinding, bogging, painting etc etc. Kinda nervous that it won't turn out and will turn to shite, but I have done the drilling so its no turning back...

All welded up, grinded back and having a beer waiting for the bog to dry. ..
