On a side note.......... for a Tojo driver Danny sure does a lot of work on the Nissan, must mean only one thing....he knows the Tojo won't make it so leaves it at home *L*

Patch, the lead car on this trip is an 80 on 37s. Nothing broken on that one ;-)

A torn air line isn't quite the same as a complete cv AND the opposite axle. Thought these Nissan front ends are supposed to be tough.

We are all bloody limping now! Lol

I think the group is up to 10 beads off. A Uni, 2 winches, an axle, a CV, a winch rope, a few panels. Damn!

Sorry Brando I did not see your post before mate.

It is made from Nylon and I bought it from a plastic place (resiplex) then drilled it in the drill press with a spade core bit then a jig saw will get it done. I then used a bench router to put a radius on all the edges. Easy if you have the right gear.

The Nylon was not real cheap though to be honest and I probably on saved $50 over buying an alloy hawse fairlead which are an off the shelf item.

Brando I reckon the nylon is 25mm and it was a blank block
