Watchin 4wd action videos over beers before bed after nightshift after a good night on a d10 dozer :)
Knocked out a bit of stud work on my master and spare rooms. Changing configuration of the robes. Spare room robe was pretty much a broom closet so we've gone up and divided the space for both rooms. Going to work much better I think.

Finally some 'Rona rule logic... well over here at least and similar to SA I believe.
Schools open this week.
Groups of up to 10 family and/or friends now allowed to picnic, camp, socialise etc
Public transport timetables ramping up towards normal.
Got rid of the last of those bastard Cruise Ships and most of the "voyage of the damned" people repatriated home, still a number of pax and crew from the mongrel things in Hospital tho.
Mining sector going balls to the wall with companies like Rio doing finger prick blood testing before you can fly out each swing (so far found 1 case out of thousands tested).
Hopefully, won't be long now before saying "Picked up a case of Corona this morning" won't mean 6 people immediately throwing a bucket of bleach at you... :-)
@jack after WW1 the spanish flu knoked the socks off tens of thousands of diggers

CGU 4wd cover covered me on Climies Track in the Tassie West Coast wild country.
Sent from my SM-G977B using Tapatalk
Looks great mate, I like the wheels. What size are they?
How are CGU to deal with? I'm looking at changing my insurance Co. thinking of Club 4x4????
Hahaha. Believe it or not bloody BFG has superseded the KM2 with the KM3 and No longer make the KM2 and they could not get me a tyre!!! They fitted a new KM3 to that rim but I rejected it as I have 9 KM2s and the last thing I want is 1 KM3 damn it!!!
That rim had some slight damage on the edge and they fixed it but found a slash in the sidewalk.9f that tyre so wrote it off. They are cash settling me the cost of the tyre and I have found one in Sydney that will be shipped to me next week.
Cheers mate. They are 16x8 procomps. I fitted them last October with the new KM2s. Very happy with them. They cost me $500 a corner for rim and tyre. Bargain.
CGU 4wd Cover was OUTSTANDING. Full off road cover. No track requires. No gazzetted road required. It just must be legal. So Madigan Line is covered as long as I have a permit. Anywhere as long as I have not cut a gate or am trespassing.
This damage was done on Climies Track in Tassie and No questions asked.
$500 a corner that is a bargain, bloody hell.
I'm thinking of getting the flares 'skinned', you know that stick on stuff, just to make the ol girl stand out a bit.
How much damage did you get in Tassie? Did you put it on its side or something?
Got some more work done on my WIR. poster changes the look allot!

Yeah $500 for Alloy rims and tyres was great. 305/70/16. Very happy. Solid rims too.
Damage in Tassie.... Climies Track is basically a Rock garden. I smashed Both sills, trowelled the side steps ripping the driver side steps off. A couple of off camber ruts had me leaning on the flares and scraping through the paint on both sides. More than a cut and polish would fix. A small dent in the side wing of the Kaymar bar had then replace the whole bar....
Insurance paid for a $20k respray, a new Kaymar rear bar and a hire car for 21 days.
Possibly my wackiest idea to date does appear to be working so far with quick tests this afternoon, happy days :-)

Clever thinking @MB, again. Are you going to put some sort of screen in there to catch the gunk or it may build up into a big mess.
Carbon filter (slide in/out) at the intake (edited) port areas maybe could work I guess?

OK, look at a standard range hood element for guidance, woven metal pads that can be washed in detergent. The floor grills for ducted heating are going to be problematic but understand the time constraints you are under with this build - maybe address it later?

After selling my Acres in 2006 and my big shed with it I have basically had a mass8ve level of deep Storage ever since. I have rebuilt the GQ from the ground up TWICE in that time without a shed!!!
9 years ago I moved into my house with a plan to extend the existing shed slightly and lid the roof. A rebuild of a GQ, a baby, and about 10 different options for a shed later and Yesterday I drove the GUIV into the New Shed for the first time. It was a Very Big Deal gents. Kind of blew my mind actually!!!!
