It was yesterday but here goes.
6.00am the shed door was partially open, when it should have been closed, Pauly couldn't see the Nissan.
She asked if it was in the garage?
No, it's in the shed.
I can't see it there.
Oh sh!t I had better check it out then.
Went out the back and the doors up about 1/2 a metre and I can not see the tyres! A quick check of the lawn and no fresh tyre marks past the work van that's on the drive way.
Bloody hell where is it? panic is setting in. The dog had been barking a bit lately, did he bark last night I'm asking myself. FFS.
Opened the door and there it was, I had parked it as far forward as possible so the tyres were not visible in the semi dark, phew.
That had made me happy yesterday morning!
After reading about the thefts on here I was thinking the worst.
So with the dash cluster still up the shoit I've been running off the tachometer to keep track of fuel..
Anyway went to stick the weekly $60 in as I thought i was nearly empty.
Turns out I was nearly full...
Clicked off at $53... 110 liters in the tank.. Happy days... :-D
Our house has been on real estate.com since Friday afternoon and we had 3 people come and look at it 2 of them put in offers and we ended up accepting right on our asking price. Pretty happy with that after only a few days. Plus we don't have to have any home opens which is even better.
Lucky guys. We currently have a couple of thousand houses for sale in a town of 27 thou people.
This is bad as everyone is building.
If they can't sell prices drop... Already looking at market price of brake even.. Might loose onnthe end..
Pretty f'd up for 10 years. A lot of wasted money...
