Yep they definitely fit =) but a 4 inch lift from a gq will be a little lower and softer on the GU because it is a heavier car

Yeh what poo bear said :), man I should of been a mechanic *LMAO*

Quite a few suspension places just use the same part numbers for springs on GQs/GUs now

4" Q is roughly 3" U what clunk says is true that's why they ask you the model weight purpose etc etc to get the spring rate right for your application
