A mates sister got done for a red light or speeding not sure what one, few days later arrived the one for talking on the phone as could clearly be seen in the photo lmao

Sorry to hear Mudski, hope it works out. I am in a similar boat and still paying off fines to the goberment for fines that are around 7-8yrs old. They totalled nearly 3g in the end before I even found out I had them. Two were for not voting here in vic when we lived in Perth at the time and the others were tolls for a car that I had sold and the person didn't transfer it for a while. I did despite them but got rejected and still have to pay it all back. So I pay $100 a month on principal.

On a similar vein as mudski... Thought I was getting a good return this year due to amending some old returns - turns out they only accept amendments for 4years... Still hoping for the best but unlikely...
