Got it Megatexture
the pub came up for sale recently and I did have serious thoughts of having a go for it but swmbo talked me out of it.
When you get a chance Lucas drop in and check it out The beer they feed the pig is watered down but I still think when they turn it into bacon it would taste pretty good
Yeah heard about it plenty, driven past it a few times, used to live in scamander not too far away. It's just one of those pubs that get a reputation (usually from tourists and visitors) that far exceeds it. Lol, its just a pub in a paddock after all!
FanTapstic!
Did That Paddok pub hold the longest Licencee licence in Aust at one time
or is it Just a pub in a paddock??
The longest Licensee pub is in Tassie but it`s not the Pub in the paddock.
I have a fascination with pubs and beer so visit all those I come across in my travels and normally try to get a photo or 2
Just a point of interest about Pubs so I thought I would post a link:

Interesting reading, I did some calculations and came up with the following.
Goes to show, if you live in Australia SA is the place to be or that island down the bottom.
State People per Pub
Tasmania 1821
South Australia 2500
Northern Territory 3228
NSW 3532
Queensland 3608
Western Australia 4012
Victoria 5105
ACT 11584
Megatexture it's your turn mate.

Yeah mate it`s an amazing place would not have liked to have been there when it happened
Two days after we visited there we were lucky enough to see a meteorite burn up in clear blue skies
Have no idea how big it was or how far away it was but it left a very long tail of very white and yellow light and for about 3 hours after you could still see the path it took. The path was a lot darker blue to the rest of the blue sky.
See how much fragments of meteorite rock are, it's like $100 a gram,
so take your metal detector and scan the outback worth more that gold
Could pay for your trip, looks awesome cut looking at styrations,,
Big water trough means Big station, so Anna creek is my guess,
Myalls Bore and Cattle Trough near Derby?
Not a bad guess TD, but TPC has it correct. It is the cattle trough at Myalls Bore, about 7kms out of Derby, WA. Originally built in 1916/17 to service 500 head of cattle at a time (not sure of it's length) & later extended to 120 metres. Just behind where I stood to take the photo is the 1500 year old Boab prison tree.
Back to you TPC
Cuppa
What pub is this?
All I'll say is North of the tropic of capricorn
I'm guessing here so i can get clues so others can jump aboard , first clue yes or no is it above the "tropic of Capricorn"???
Are there any clues in the pic that we should pick up on?
