Easy 1 million on the 5 acres I was sitting on, but closer to 2 million if it was sold smartly. Reckon one would get an easy 2 mill if it was subdivided first or sold 2 someone looking at subdividing which they did 2 properties down the road............1 house turned into about 5 houses!!!Quote:
