BTC halving is happening in 8 days too. I might scrounge up a few dollars to pump into it after the halving. As history shows, BTC's value significantly increases within six months after.

BTC halving has happened. I think. Not much change yet....
Bitcoin has hit another all time high and climbing. The amount of $ pouring into the BTC ETF's is eye watering. $115409 a few minutes ago. The rest of the market should follow in a few days or weeks.
Yeah my Coinspot alerts were going off all through the night...
Once Gensler is officially sacked from the US SEC we will see some serious gains.

Interesting.
Who can educate me on cold storage options? What do you do? Paper copy? Multiple paper copies? QR codes? Pay for storage? USB? Thinking of having my first dabble but need to better understand this issue. My concern about QR codes and USBs is that technology moves so fast they may be obsolete in 10 years (remember your TomTom navigator?).

Have a look here. Its true that the tech changes quickly. I keep my FLR on a bifrost wallet hosted on my phone. My XRP are on a Nano wallet. The Nano is a USB device but I'm OK with that. Remember that the assets are not actually on these devices. The devices only hold the address' of what you own. BTW BTC hit a new all time high over night. $144,440 AU.
While I'm not into it as much as old mate above, purely because i don't have the time needed to really make something of it. I just created a Coinspot account and do all my trading through this. Its simple to use and their fee's are ok. They have an app also.
Due to my lack of input to my Coinspot account, i have really missed out on some BIG gains...
wow bitcoin going crazy!

It sure is.
About April 19th I think.... Yep, about six months ago.
Its started......
It happened. Bitcoin broke thru $US100K.
Trump will definitely bring crypto into the public eye. There have been some pretty optimistic predictions. But I tend to believe it when I see it. But I think that its a real possibility that BTC will hit $US150K later this year.
I think that maybe the alt market is waking up....
Its starting to get serious.....
I am thinking the unit cost for Bitcoin is out of the reach of the greater population, no doubt it wasnt configured as a universal currency anyway, so its use is going to remain boutique to some degree - I dont know anywhere you can pay in Bitcoin in Australia as a legit currency - school me pls?
I sold my bitcoin about 5 years ago. Its supposedly a storage of value. Digital gold if you like. I agree, I don't know of any place you can spend it like cash. Will the bubble burst..... ? Its possible, but when is the big question.
I started out like most, just wanted to see what was crypto about. Over time I’ve leaned toward alt coins too since they’re wild but can move fast if you time it right. Still, that kind of volatility can catch you off guard, I had a coin that skyrocketed one week and tanked the next, so now I don't get too attached and always have some sort of exit plan ready. One thing I noticed with Solana-based coins is that trading on decentralized exchanges can feel dry unless there’s regular activity. It’s worth looking up ways to enhance liquidity on solana decentralized exchanges, because that’ll help both your trades and make the charts more attractive to other users.
