Today i am 95.0Kg (loss of 0.8Kg, making a total of 2.3Kgs) - its going slowly, but in the right direction, so am still happy :)
Changing my eating plan today, so that should help too.
Well here i go again 23/05/11 109.0 kgs. A gain fo about 1.8 kg.
House should go on the market this week so should be able to start focussing on myself & not the house from now on.
23/05/11 still 107Kgs no change this week, it's been a hard week.
Will do better next week.

104.1, fully clothed and with a big breakky in me, too much over the weekend again. I have cut out so many things such as beers every day do beers 3 times a week, no energy drinks and have included more exercise. I was gaining weight pretty rapidly when I started this thing and in the 4 weeks have not put any more on. So I think I will just have to try harder now.
My girlfriend and housemate tallyed up how much we have all put on in the last 2 years and it was a total of 54kgs combined (between 3). We are not all huge now, but considering we were all pretty fit 2 years ago this is not great. Moving out of your parents house, studying and working cruddy hours and eating fast food as its all thats open really late at night has been bad for us. So now I have the support of the household behind me and we are making sustainable changes to diet and also to exercise regimes. AND I would like to ask Mother Nature to stop being a rude biatch and to stop raining on Saturdays so that I can play cricket as it is a good source of exercise for me (I am a pace bowler, so its not like watching grass grow and just stand around all day).

After 1 week on CSIRO total wellbeing diet I weigh 93.8 kg - this is a loss of 1.2kg this week, total of 3.5 kg lost :)
Quick summary of this week, compared to previous weeks:
Dragged out the Wii Fit and wiped off the million layers of dust. Doing the hula for 10 mins is awesome for the tummy muscles!!
Also the new food plan is fantastic! Not feeling hungry at all, and no sweet food cravings!!
honestly the batteries are flat on the scales today
ill get some and put up my weight later today
but for now im claiming that im 94 kg hahahahahahahahahaah.............................. .

93.8Kg today - exactly same as last week. although my body fat percentage is less :)
I had lost 0.5Kg by the middle of last week, but was my hubby's birthday over the weekend, so epic scale party didnt help :(
Back on it today thought, and considering getting mountain bikes to exercise, and also some trips away. Hubby always been into motorbikes, so he isnt keen . . . but i'll convince him :D
Just a quick update.....
Although I bailed on this I have been trying to lose weight non the less & as it stands I've knocked off 6kg in about 8 weeks so it happening..... WooHoo
Weigh in for Saturday 11/06/2011.....99.5kgs
A loss of 0.9kg and achieved my goal of <100kg.
Hopefully I'll have a staple fish diet for the next 3 days and lose a bit more. lol
