Yes. While I was only out on cup weekend, driving Tallarook is different and will take a bit to find my driving feet.
Don't worry Paule, we will never make you drive something your not comfortable doing. We are out there to have fun, not spend the day doing recoveries. Last trip like this we did, we came to a decent rocky hill and only some of us went up, we just turned around at the top and came back down, then headed on.
Hey Paule, when I say slow c@rnts, I'm actually referring to keeping the convoy moving between tracks with no stragglers. Otherwise people can get lost and potentially into trouble. More about keeping the group together for safety's sake.
Every track/obstacle is taken at your own pace and there will be people there to help you.
It was not meant to imply you or anyone will be under pressure to race through stuff on the day mate.....apart from Mudski....LOL
Unfortunately I won't be there but have fun. I will be jealously thinking about you guys out bush.

Mate I will be the last to race around. I remember one snow trip we did and I thought I was playing Sega Rally just trying to keep up with everyone. I never got to look outside the window and enjoy the views, i was concentrating on drifting in corners.Lol.
Hey thats how Darren rolls... Fast and Furious !!!!!! lol.
Dont worry Paule Tallarook is an easy place to get around in and you will have a very enjoyable time.
When I do a novice day it is challenging but not hard, also all tracks meet up after only a short distance so there are options to miss a track if you dont feel up to it and even on some more challenging tracks there and chicken tracks around the tougher sections.
It's all good I'm sure you guys will look after me. And drewboy I don't mind even if I was called a slow c@rnt, I probably am lol and that's my kinda language, I just thought it was funny.
Well will be a good trip by the sounds of it and I'm looking forward too meeting a few new faces.. Give the troll another good workout :D

Ok getting closer looking forward to seeing your car BA. I'll bring some beer for the bonnet opening inspection.
Also where is this Petrol station you talk of? I'm not familiar with Broadford at all and cannot find it on the maps, can you put a google map up of the location, I can do it if you give me the coordinates or the location
Cheers... I am hopeless at posting map links but the address is 165 High St
Broadford VIC 3658.
Mmm beer.

Anyone else beside BA know this area? I have been maybe four times but I don't really know the area well. If we split the group this may be an issue.
Nope first time I have been sorry
Won't be a big issue. We'll just wing it.
That's what I was thinking, I have my hema maps so I'm sure we can't get too lost lol
Guys, I'd like to join you, but I need to see how the week pans out. Do you need to know much in advance or just if I make it on time on the day it's fine?
Mate the notice is no problem, it is just handy to know who and how many we are waiting for if we need to wait a few minutes. Would hate to head off and leave someone behind if they are a few minutes behind. So if you are able to let us know the day before it even the morning of would be great. If not make sure you are on time.

You will need to be on time if you are coming mate... when you get such a big crew its hard to know if everyone has turned up and how long we need to wait..
If you are running late post up on this thread on the day as we will have reception in town and will know for sure if someone is on there way but running late.
As for splitting up Tallarook is easy and there is a good chance we will all stay together except for a couple of sections where we will meet on the other side of an obstacle.
I still have a couple of things to do to my car before then but with Mags leaving for Italy on Wednesday and I am leaving for a mates on Friday there is so much to do....blah!!!!
Should be a fun day and I am looking forward to my first real drive in over 6 months.
I'll make a decision for sure by Saturday. If I'm coming I'll be there on time. No issues with that. Think I'll be there. Looking forward to it. :)
A week to go. Looking forward to it.
Hey Mark, Nikita has gone away with a friend from school and they have just said that they might only be coming back on sun which means she won't be coming. I might however have Mia with me as well. It is not definite yet though, if they come back on Friday she will be there b
