Leah is back in hospital but all is good. This weekend will be very close to go time so unfortunately we have to postpone the cook up!
Dont worry as soon as my boy has entered the world we will be back on so stay tuned!!!

I had the oven at 600 degrees the other night and cooked up some mean pizzas that were honestly delish but cracked the outer core of the oven which apparently is inevitable when working with clay and sand but still frustrates me...lol...Also cracked the inner layer but only minor which suprised me as I used Cement Fondu which is the bees Knees in heat resistance mortar.
My favourite one which I am claiming as a the "Ab Special" was Prosciutto, olive oil, goat cheese, bazil, garlic and paste....Awesome!!!

Winnie and myself and a couple of others are starting early to install our aux tanks which will then flow into some cold beers and wood fired pizzas do feel free to drop in from 8am onwards!!!
