I've rung evey park in robe, Beachport and southend this morning and all pretty much laughed..
2 have spaces..
First uo is lake side cp in robe.
Can only garentee
4 unpowered sites but powered sites has 10+.
But only from the 4th..
Prices... Hold the chair..
$48 a night for powered
$46 unpowered.
That's for 2 people.. Critters over 2 years cost $10 and $8 each site.
Needs a deposit of around $60 to hold the booking.. Cancellations after 1 month from booking loose deposit and full payment has to be made before Christmas.

Met with my group ion Victoria tonight and have 8 cars signed up for this trip here.
I have set the dates as Saturday 3rd Jan to Saturday 10th Jan 2015 depending on the availability of camp sites.
Just went through this thread and picked out the names and this is how i see it at the moment.
Give Hillview a call Jonno and ask them about dogs.
Guys this will be a deposit down that is refundable kind of thing. If your even half interested then get on it. Deciding in November will be too late. I can't believe we can still get a group in this late in the game.

I'm pretty sure it was a $10 cancellation fee regardless, but you will get deposits back right up to 2 weeks before..
I'll ring tomorrow and let them know they have won lol.
I'll also set it up that anyone who rings on behalf of the Nissan patrol forum is in our group so place em close.
I'll also ask about dogs johno. But worst case there is our house (we have a begal) or there are some nice kennels around.

Try can do a group of 7 powered.
The unpowered is setup as you please.
The rest will be scattered.
Powered is $40 a night
Unpowered is $35
$13 extra per adult, above 5 years is $10 and below is free..
Deposit is one night
$30 admin fee for cancellations and not deposit refund from one month out..

What's the go with these "extra charges" is that site + charge for 2 adults + 3 kids = nearly the price of a motel room? Surely you just pay for the site......yes?

Of we can get in then it will be base camp in the same spot for the duration. The extra charges will be for your kids drew, the site charge will include 2 Adults generally.
