30 acres big enough? Or you could go anywhere on the rest of the property. Next to one of the dams maybe? Or anywhere in the vast untapped tarkine wilderness that we border onto (no rangers, rules, fees, campsites, other people. Just drive till you find the perfect spot and stay as long as you want:))

Cleaning is definitely a bonus, I agree ... but the cleaning process really allows you to give it a thorough going over to ensure there's nothing else remaining that you should fix before I leave!!! lol
