Brush-tailed Phascogale, also known as a Tuan, the common Wambenger or the Black-tailed Phascogale. Mostly found along the coast of Victoria, NSW & Qld. Nocturnal & Carnivorous. Distant relation to the Tasmanian Devil. Males of this species do not live past the age of one, as they die after reproducing. Females can live for up to three years but generally only produce one litter.

Saw this little beauty yesterday lifting up an old tarp.
It's a small eye snake, apparently quite rare.
Rossco and I relocated it down the road away from my kiddies play area.
