Used to have facie for a little bit but pissed it off long ago, haven't looked back, hated it. Constantly being hassled from long lost people from the past even if you barely knew them anyway, people cracking it for not writing back to their trivial s#!t.

If you can bring yourself to get through the first 6 months of garbage you'll love it when you have it figured out. Until then you'll hate it.

Had it about 5 years ago and I miss it sometimes, but having a teenage daughter with it is enough to turn me off.

Looks like there seems to be more people that wish that they never started.
I'm in no hurry, been doing fine without it so I think until someone can give me a really good reason I'll stay as I am.

If you don't like 100's of 4WD, hunting, camping, whatever communities, (public or private) sharing information then maybe it's not for you . Personally I use it to stay in touch with family, sharing photos, etc and use the buy, swap and sell sites where I have sold and bought a shit load and got a heap loads free.
You are in control so you can change your privacy settings so you can control who see's what. Exclude people or pages if you don't want to see their crap, etc.
Might not be for everyone but jump on sign up and have a look, If you don't like then deactivate account...simple.
And for those paranoid ones hiding under their bed thinking big brother is watching, I think you have more issues to worry about and you should stay under that bed and never go out...LOL
I like it , I follow alot of the camping and caravaning , and outdoor type pages , I've bought and sold a lot of stuff through it , less hassel then gumtee ebay etc , nearly all businesses use it these days to launch new products , discounts on goods and services etc , like it or not social media is only getting bigger and more popular , I'm on one page that is a group of friends , we have a laugh and take the piss out of each other ! It can be as annoying or useful as you make it ,
