Had a set of 4 tyres with 3mm worn off them with damage like that replaced for no cost.
They had small splits between the blocks and similar sized splits at the bead on one tyre the rest were not so bad.
When I showed the tyre seller he said that's a warrantee job, they were bought in February 2012.
Happy with the back up. Very happy.
