Well I am in bunbury at a mates, the front wheel bearing feels a bit loose, dunno what's up as it was tightened at the last service.
not good,...got anywhere to have a look at it?
Ok so I left Perth Friday night and stayed with a mate in bunbury, I had to drag them up Saturday morning to get them moving and we made wa489's place at 1030, low and behold they were all ready to head out so off we went, after doing some exploring as Neil calls it we arrived at the entry to call up hill. After airing down we headed off to the bottom and along the beach, we find the campsite easily all there there were some grumbles about the heavy pin striping from some :) we found the spot deserted which was great, we set up camp and I cracked a beer so apparently it was my fault Neil didn't go fishing lol. As usual we had a few to drink and after a few (many) for some we retired.sunday morning saw us pack up and head through the Meerup river on the beach and then out through summertime track, we did a little detour to up chuck mountain and climbed to the top with great views, after that we left doggy and Neil with his family and headed home, all in all another great weekend.
stropp trying to belt the shit out of the ball...andf a couple of other nice pics..
the view of the hill going down..callcup....brekkie of champions..and of course a few selfies of the sexy GU..crossing the Meerup River to enter Marlimup Beach from the Warren beach
looks like a top spot i will have to do some more exploring down that way
I will add that this was a great weekend had by myself and the wife and children......shame we didn't get many pics of everything, bella must have spent most of the time in the river whether it was trying to catch little fish with her hands or on a bit of line and bread...once we arrived like stropp says he started drinking so that was that....got the fire going for the camp oven coals and a quick game of cricket-that went on for way to long..amazing how no one got hurt really..as the night drew to a close the chorus of the wildlife down here amazes new visitors to the area and leaves them in awe...If I could have a dollar for everytime someone says how nice it is down here...so once we all had dinner and a few to wash it down the crowds(doggy)drifted off to bed..stropp,jess and I stayed up for a bit..before calling it a night we grab the big bits of wood and drowned them for the wind may pick up in the night..after brekkie we drove along the beach to get to the same river we camped on to cross it and go onto another beach and another way out(just so stropp could log different ways in and out on his gps thingy)
