Thats what i love about a shovel, you can hand it to someone and tell them to start digging, pretty hard to wreck it no matter what they do.
I have little patience these days, ill stop to help "anyone", but...... i now always ask if they "want" my help , if they are slow to reply, i offer to walk away and do nothing, if they are a know it all or a smart arse, i walk away, dont need my gear wrecked for not so much as a thankyou :(
a mate has max tracks and when we/he stops to help someone with them it's I'll drive your car or no help with the max trax! that way they don't get ruined and to this day not one refusal!.
