Yeah mate wrong size disc, the rotor's diameter is too small for the breaking system but both sides are like that.

The legals go a little something like this, you call your rta office in our case its vic roads, they tell you to get another inspection done then to go back to them. They contact the original issuer of the rwc and tell them to repair it to spec, if he doesn't you take him to court then vic roads will deal with him. I know this bloke wont coz he's an imbecile lol
