Hi All, Just had a call from the Ironman representative. There seems to be a lack of communication somewhere in the chain and he hasnt recieved my emails / messages. As such, Ironman are prepared to replace the unit which I can exchange where I purchased. I think this is good and ii is definately frustrating that we ended up where we are. Nonetheless, there is progress and that is really all I asked for.....

I would want my money back and a full detail clean to get the rust out then buy a rack off someone else
