Westy mains is about 100psi. My 12volt shower has a 35psi pressure switch to turn pump off if rose is off. When showering the pump is on of course so the pressure has to be less than 35psi.
Those regulators go from zero to whatever is applied to them very handy gadgets

You may be surprised how little pressure it takes to blow the plastic bits apart. You may need a pressure relief valve to be safe.

@ Kallen rafa is in Darwin, you can fry eggs on paint tin lids up there.
No problem getting the thing hot, Malcolm Douglas did a similar thing for warm water
Pressurized 4x4 water tanks only require 2-5psi
