the plastic thingy on your gas tank will have an OHM measurement on it should be the same as your gauge
so your tank is approx. 1000mm x 400mm is it

Both of our fuel gauges are garbage. I thought about trying to fix them, but it looks like more work than it's worth. I'm planning to set up an engine warning system controlled with an Arduino micro processor, and I'll probably use that to more accurately display the fuel levels too.
