33" Cooper stt's, 38 psi till I get bogged.
I keep em hard off road because I like a big of sideways action and it's too harsh to roost and slide on soft tyres;-)

I have the Cooper SST 33's as well and am usually carrying a lot of weight.
Look at your tyre max psi... On the SSTs, I think they are only rated to 38psi so on-road, I use 32psi.
Firm off-road- around 20-25psi depending on corrugations etc.
Playing in the sand dunes/ soft sand- 10-12psi.
I find the SST's on 15inch rims really bag out well.
Don't inflate over recommended rating as they can let go in spectacular fashion.
