Pretty high numbers for a small engine!
2007 CRD Auto. Just did a trip to Albany from Perth (400KM) last weekend. Running 235/85/R16 cooper ST, empty roof rack and minimal gear in car. driving down used 16.00L/100km sitting on 110 and slowing on hills. did 484km driving the sights around albany and used 16.14L/100km. flogged her on the way back to perth holding 110kmh up hills and used 13.8L/100km go figure.
Hi. Just come back from a Queensland trip via Sydney both up and back. A mix of highway cursing at 110km to stuck in traffic. 4483.8 Kilometres used 682.97 litres, mileage was 15.23 l/100k ( 6.56km/l). Vehicle is a GU7 3.0CRD. full loaded with 2 adults, 3 kids, roof rack and luggage.
Ok didn't quite work out they way I planned, gonna have to put the chip and exhaust off for a little while, ran out of funds.
Here is a copy of the work done to the car, $2700 later.
Doesn't seem to have made any real difference, and looking at the dyno report shows more torque before the work than after, not real good at understanding the dyno printout.

The Dyno runs before and after work done.

The fuel figures, Green Before, Yellow After, cant see any difference.

Well i had budgeted for about $4500 with chip and exhaust and service, but it would have come to well over $7000 with what was also done to the car so had to put a hold on things.
Maybe I'm a bit naive thinking $4500 was going cover it.
Got quoted between $1200-$1500 for the manifold leak on its own.
The manifold leak ill have to fix myself, seems the manifold is warped on number 1.
And ill most likely buy a Redback 3inch exhaust and also fit that myself to save some $$$
Ill add to this as I go, but sorry guys nothing really useful to add to this thread at this time.
Cheers Illya
