I just tried to download this. None of the links are working anymore.
EDIT: I tried again and in Chrome based browsers none of the links are working for me but I tried again last night in Firefox and the 2nd link worked fine.

Yes for some reason Chrome and Edge dont like the download links in this forum. Confirmed Firefox also works for me.
I can not open it Help please....
