We have the same thing in the Blue Mountains, really don't understand how or why anyone would do such thing.

At the moment our local tip charges, but there looking at closing the tip down and leaving it open as a free recycle centre or something similar

they are radial treps 35x12.5r15 on a 10 inch rim -44 offset I love em, the only thing with em is if you loose traction on off camber you just slide in that direction and you need to pick your line accordingly.
