Not a lot has changed the last couple of months. The only changes I've made is mounting the 50" light bar to the underside of the rack. I've also fitted a rear door spare wheel spacer and incorporated a twin ferret light holder. I can now carry a spare wheel again.

Planned a boys weekend away for Roothys farewell BBQ which has given me a perfect excuse to knock up a drop down table for the large barn door. Anybody who has made one before got any ideas and tips for me?

Nice set up, Ryan.
It's white and it's a GU, too. lol.
50" light bar.....R U scared of the dark? lol

Lol, I mainly went the 50" because it fits the rack perfectly. I'm a bit OCD with things like that.

Few changes recently, the biggest one being a new addition to our family. Being child number 4, this posed a bit of a problem. I didn't want to remove my drawers and put the 3rd row seats back in since we have a dedicated 7 seat family vehicle, so for camping holidays and those odd trips in the Patrol I've now converted the GU in to a 6 seat DX/ST hybrid. This way I get to keep my drawers, fridge and compressor where it is and one of the older kids can jump up front with us. Problem solved!

It was a very straight forward job with everything just bolting into place.
Next on the agenda was some window tint to keep the kids cool and happy, also keep shady eyes off my Engle that lives in the back.

Went with 5% on the cargo area and 18% everywhere else.
Also yet another wheel and tyre change. This time I'm running 35" MTZ's mounted on 15x10 -50's. The offset looks insane but I expect the boys in blue to disagree with me. I'll add some flexi flares to try and keep them happy.

Nice setup there Ryan.
How have you attached the light bar to the top of the bullbar?
Cheers,
Darren

Looks sweet mate. Can you open the right barn door right open without the tyre hitting the tail light? I just got some 35's for my Gu and I can't open the door up without smashing the light.

Looks fantastic Ryan, how muck lift are you running?
-
What lift are ya running ??

Thanks guys. It's currently sitting on 4" Dobbinson Flexi coils. Although I'll be dropping it down to a 2/3" flexi coil shortly. My spare is actually a 33" tyre, but I'm running a spare wheel spacer to clear the bottom of the Kaymar.

Pretty big update. With my 30th birthday looming (6 weeks away) I decided to treat myself to an early birthday present. I've been toying with ideas on how to get more power out of the old girl to make towing the new camper a bit easier. I got a few quotes for a LS2 or a TD42T conversion and was going to settle for a LS2.
Then I decided on just going the whole hog and treated myself to a 2009 GU6 ST-L 4.8 Auto.
That means this big girl will be up for sale early next week.
