Monday night I left the night shift blokes with a farked bearing on the 60" chipper..
Could smell it all night and we checked every gearbox, belts etc etc..
Didn't even suspect the bearing as it had only been replaced 2 months ago..
Farked their night though..
200mm shaft bearing on the end of a 1.5T chipper disk..
Well staying on for another 4hr ot. .
Little one has been throwing up though so tomorrow is off to look after them..
