It sorta looks like the randomness of camping around Birdsville at race-time! Lots of people, empty stubbies, XXXX signs, dust and hangover cook-ups!

Ha! Brings back some memories those pics. We got into Birdsville one year at about 9pm at night in the middle of a dust storm. Pulled off the road and headed into a small gully to throw the swags out for the night. Fought madly with the monster prickles that seemed to be everywhere and then crashed out for the night. When we woke in the morning we found ourselves camped in someone's latrine gully with little white mounds of toilet paper randomly scattered about the place. haha.
