Its me last shift week for a while. Tried standing up for my rights threw the eba (we will get our way in the end) and they have implemented a shift rotation plan. Just so happens I'm the first one Off and no one else has been told about it..
The bloke taking my spot hates shift and his wife now has to quit her arvo job to look after the kids.. So management are really flexing atm..
Well see for how long once our union rep comes back Tuesday and starts asking questions.. Lol
Anyway, how was everyone's Australia day??
