Been on the phone this morning to the Solicitors regarding the amount of time QBE have taken over my next Op.
All they suggested is fill out a conciliation form and go from there. As a member here suggested.[Mudnut]
Next I rang QBE not to talk to my case manager but to his boss, anyway got onto someone who said they would look into it and ring me back. WTF
In 20 odd years since my original injury no one has ever rang me especially QBE, still early in the day so we'll see. He sounded sympathetic to my cause
and was at a loss why its taken so long, seeing they lost all paper work and left it up to me to trace lost faxs etc. What a joke the "work care" system is,
they have till 5 this arvo.

Finding out last night that there is no more night shift at my work and we all have a week to re-arrange our lives in a week to suit working arvo shift now.

I feel for ya mate.
Our work wanna do a shift rotation plan, but no sorta order..
My fight is how can you re-structure your life in 2 weeks.
My wife was gunna work arvos as a waitress, and I can look after the kids, so when it's my swing does she have to quit her job for 6 weeks???

Yeh you not wrong man it's makes life that much more difficult.
