Took it down the beach to test the new awning

And took me dog down to the beach for the first time.
P.s I don't know who owns that lady cruiser, it just pulled up and wouldn't leave. Lol
Trying to steal your shade mate!
What beach were you at mate? The awning looks the goods plenty of shade.
How did you go getting on the beach I thought it was all barricaded off
Nothing stops my patrol. Lol
It gets closed off then a new track opens it up few days later.
It's a never ending cycle.
Me and my mate got caught coming out of there one night by the rocko ranger. Mate got a fine for driving in there don't think he ever paid it and bugger all happened. Don't know why they bother closing it off
I havent been caught yet. Haven't been a lot but will be going a lot more now that me dog but to good health.
I don't get why they close it either really. It's only to do with the nature reserve, so they should just open the gate at the end back up so we don't have to go through the nature reserve.
But it keeps it a quite area for the few that know how to get there.
So it's a win really. Lol
Just a rack I built for a local blokes au Ute this year.

Simple shs sides and angle centers for the panel to sit in.
Found these simple tailgate hinges, and set it up that when the panel is down or up the panel is secure between the shs, nut when the struts are removed and panel at 90degrees it can be slid out to place elsewhere.
Gas struts are 90nM kitchen ones, $16 a pair I think..
Good little project..
