yeah when i was working in the bakery used to start at 3am load the oven at 3:15 go and sleep till 4am reload at 4:15 sleep till 5am then work till 7 then go on smoko till 9 work till 10 clean up and go on smoko till 11:30 and go home hows that 4 slack

didnt want to work the night shift any more plus i got diabeties and i was finding it too hard to control my sugar levels with irregularity of sleeping hours so i got out while i still could plus the donuts kept telling me it was ok to eat them not good i made the right choice
Damn donuts.. I'd love to get out of hospitality, but cant give up the good job I've got. Not yet. Would be financial suicide !

one of the bakeries i worked in i used to start at 3pm tilll 3am then i would deliver from 4am till 9am then used to take 45min to an hour to get home sleep till 1:30 and back again for 3pm that was 7 days a week with 2 days off a year christmas and good friday
Holy sh!t. The things we do for money, ay ! I know I have a great job and have it pretty easy MOST the time, but hearin stuff like that justs reminds me how lucky I am. 2 weeks away from my lot is real tough, but only workin 6 months of the year makes it a little easier !

I have a crew on board that can only work in good weather, so they've been sitting idle for about 5-6 days now. Too much wind and current..
Too much spare time on their hands makes them bored and seems I'm their target today..
Just tell them " They couldn't make a decent man between the lot of them" and see their jaws drop into ocean!
