Yes that centre one is ruby, the opposite side being 10000 will polish the edge nicely
Very heavy for small stones IMO

Has anyone got a Fiskar Knife and Axe sharpener and have any feedback? Saw them available at bunnings and wondering if there any good. https://www.bunnings.com.au/fiskars-...pener_p3400240
I've not tried that model yet to be honest, I use a round, dual grit stone for my axes except my fiskars hatchets as they've got a finer edge so generally use a small fine grit stone.
They do have a diamond sharpener and oil combo by Fiskars that's pretty good, I use that to edge some my leather blades before stropping them. Around $30-35 from memory, will try find a link to them.
Net has been rotten last few weeks and have limited access unless I use mobile data which doesn't last long lol

Was looking for an all round knife sharpener for when I help the old man killing a calf etc for meat, find the knifes go blunt quickly while skinning the animal and reckon there must be a good all round tool for the job.
