the bug crashed to the floor while I was typing the other message, it was about twice as big as a Christmas beetle.

We get Stag Beetles up here, but I have never seen one fly.

Anyhoo, I can't find the blighter, must have scuttled off to some dark corner. If it gets airborne again, I'll watch more closely!

now see, I don't have a problem with crawly things, but when they start flying about, just creeps the bejeezus outta me!!!!! lol

I think this one will be harmless, unless it lands on my head during the night and causes a heart attack :-)
