yeah I am not allowed to eat or drink from midnight so I have been only fasting 43 minutes lol!!

good luck with the op bel - they seem to have that joint stuff pretty well worked out these days, but I know it won't all be fun.

for instance - physios - gotta love them. Cruel to be kind :-)

yeah, I'm chugging along ok. Woke up this morning. Had a good day. Plan on waking up tomorrow and having another one!

there's a monster beetle flying around trying its best to bash its way into the light fittings. When it gets close to the light fittings it sounds like one of those commercial bug 2appers cooking a cicada. at other times it sounds like the sound of distant WWII bombers droning along on TV - hmm, it has landed somewhere, must go and see what it is!

I don't normally get sent to Physio which is good cause I have had the op so many times I can do all the exercises at home and get all the movement I would get going to a physio, Oh and I love pain so I love the exercises

hahhahahhahahahahahhahahaha sorry I know that was not meant to be a joke, and thanks. However they are unable to fix my knee this is all just to give me longer able to use it before either a knee replacement or wheelchair stage!!
