Coming home last night from work I heard a thud, like I'd hit something..
Looked in the rear view and nothing.. Thought nothing more of it thinking poor bird or whatever it was.
Go to reverse out this morning for work and hear a small pop.. Wtf.. Jump out, kick all the tyres, all looks ok..
Jump back in and Off I go.. Get to a corner and indicators going nuts.. Wtf, other side is the same..
Someone's flogged my lights.. Nup, still there. Pitch black, side of the road, tail lights are working, that'll do..
Get home this arvo and jump under the car..

I bloody forgot to cable tie up the trailer plug wire.. It must have touched the wheel at speed and popped the grommet out of the body Floor.. Then this morning I've reversed over it and pulled it out, splitting the indicator wires...
FFS.. I'm like water to electrical...
Throw out job for sure went down to the rim in seconds . ripped off a lug on another tyre and you can see the steel radial belt as well and I was running 18psi...Quote:
