I could be wrong but I don't recall an AK47 bayonet being basically the same size as the .303 short sword bayonet?

Still waiting on my new Buck to arrive, need to dig out my Winchester Bowie to knock up that sheath for you

Thats just a copy or mock up as it comes in 3 different blade lengths
this being the longest. I have the shortest about a 150mm blade

I have a very nice Seki city drop point skinner Ill think Ill finish.
Pic is of the same knife but with ram horn scales. Thinking this
time I'll use some streaky Buffalo horn with a polished brass highlight
dividing the scales [handle].
This blank differs ever so slightly as it looks like its been surface ground
still a stunning blank.
Will require a sheath is good time as well similar to the Buck one pictured.
I have so many knives I need to finish, slacker eh lol

Ended up buying more ram horn scales, after they
arrive Ill line up what Ive got and get some opinions.
So many un finished knives

Sweet, Dean has just started stocking knife making supplies now as well. He's got some nice gear to use

Streaky buff , camel bone and ram horn would be my favourite scales.
especially the camel bone as you can scrimshaw it to personalize a knife.
I have a few un-finished with Burr walnut as well, its a bit big in the hand
need a sheath for that one too, lol
