I have just sent a formal complaint to Fair Trade NSW so will see what happens.

Might see my ugly mug on A Current Affair as this is theft in my books!!!

I am going to name, shame and ruin this business if they do not comply and give me my money back!!!

Just ring them and tell them you are going through as many avenues as possible to get your money back and out of principle you will not quit.....
