Nothing too complicated... just get in the Truck, head East and stop when the trip meter reads 2,500 K's or so.
Along the way I want to have a sticky beak around Giles, Kata Juta and Uluru.
From Uluru I'll maybe swing down towards Coober Pedy and cut through the painted desert and up to Dalhousie or if not enough time I'll head for Dalhousie via the Centre of Aus and Finke.

After Dalhousie I haven't a clue at the moment... so many options I keep changing my mind

I ordered today a 60L water bladded to go in the rear footwell. Also ordered a box of those Happy Camper meals. Keeeeeen!
