Hi guys,
Im in desperate need of a carby for a GQ TB42 AUTO.
Just purchased the vehicle, and it has a fully reconditioned and tuned carby with receipts. Only problem is that its for a manual instead of an auto so it has no throttle position sensor. I found out the hard way when it fried the torqe converter!
So i need a carby or just base plate and throttle position sensor to suit a GQ TB42 AUTO.

OZAUTO on here mate just advertised GU ones (think they do GQ as well), and they look pretty good - complete rubber framing etc.
Tent floor is 2.3. Meters square. Height is about 2.0m
Is black wolf brand. But needs a new fly. Dog shredded the original.

Welcome mate. Ive been seeing a diff for sale on gumtree.com for a while. From a 96 diesel. $100. Its in tassie though (ulverstone) so might not be of much use.

Howdy Guys & Girls, does anybody Know of any high lift winches for sale at a good price, I have a bull bar thats made for one, so I either have to cut and shut the one I've got or fit a high mount,any ideas are also welcome.

Why a nissan wheel? Those autotechnica ones (380mm outback that I put in mine) look better and are easy to fit ...
they're obviously a few more dollars than a second hand Nissan one though ...
Finding a good Nissan wheel is getting harder and when you do find one they charge a heap for it knowing how rare it is. Makes the aftermarket wheels look like better value.

I hear what you're saying, it would be better to cut and shut than to stay with the idea of a really expensive winch.
They are the same bolt pattern as a low mount mate, any lowmount will bolt straight in to the bar you have... what brand is it?
Howdy MudRunnerTD, not sure what brand it is or weather it's a home made job, but it sticks out a bit at the front so would need to be cut back or spaced which wouldn't be that good. A normal winch is too wide to mount in.

thought I had my hands on one earlier in the week, but that fell through - could I ask that if anyone hears of one, or spots one on a website somewhere to let me know. Been looking at the Long Ranger ones and may have to bite the bullet and get one, but you never know ... stranger things have happened.
