It was actually sand BTW, (but looked more like mud), nice enough place, but yeh i agree, the "beach" in the title is getting a little to creative me finks ;), alas, the Ford Focus ive borrowed from work, probly would't get to far up any decent Beach anyway, how i do miss my Patrol :rolleyes:

At that beach you are more likely to meet dogs and their humans, and the occasional racehorse being trained. All the good stuff you talk of Todd, is on the Eastern side of Moreton Island, the other side of Moreton Bay. Even the Western beaches of Moreton can include the features you speak of, including the waves.
