if you have none in stock why have I found you are you selling the same product still just for a higher dollar value?

If you can't provide the exact product you have sold me I will be willing to accept one of your other bars with the same specifications (dimensions, lumens, watts) or better as a replacement,
spot spread or combo light pattern is of no concern to me either.

Yes,we could send the proof email from ebay to you,but as we are Chinese Seller,the email was sent from Hongkong ebay in Chinese,would you also need it? as we originally set to sell at AUD 222.99 for a few lights in stock, but someone hacked in to change the price,also the quanity,which we did not intend to do so. Now the Australia warehouse has just informed us that the lights have been out of stock.

Or how about this,we make a full refund to you,meanwhile send AUD 15 as compensation to your account to express our sincere apologies,would this work?

Three dogs, you're selling yourself too lightly. Several people have had the offer of 100% refund, 5% discount, and au$15 in the meantime.

They keep repeating certain pieces of information, but no refund until you slightly agree with them. I think they know where they stand.

My replies are put in similar language to theirs, with a little sarcasm.

Did a similar write up with my response as well

I got one identical to what has been posted. Sent a similar reply to the rest of you guys, I have not yet told them that it is against eBay policy to try and make deals privately via email like the compensations they are offering. I've asked them to get an official statement from eBay.
