Received my little box of turbo goodness from RLI, just need to get the cross country intercooler and scoop prior to fitting it :)

@ tonyhoughton, it's a 4.2 I'm upgrading the turbo to a ufi 16G :), @ Shaun 4x4, check the web for cross country inter coolers, they do a very good setup much larger than stock and they have a hood scoop to match which I believe is made by fairline fibreglass. Add the two and you have better performance fuel economy and hopefully lower egt's.
Also finished stripping the bull-bar ready to go into the oven, then onto sandblasting and powder-coating.
How much is all that costing Hodge? There's a few members doing the spray pack job in situ and I'm stuck between the cheap job and the right job.

Hey mate bull bar overhaul is costing me $300. They melt it overnight then blast it. Then undercoat followed by a coat of zinc and then powder coat.Quote:

GUIV goes in for a "Live" inspection today as the insurance believe the $9000 quote was too High.
