This morning i pulled off my alloy bar because it was farked. Ready to fit a steel bar (thanks trolatron). I also replaced my indicators because they got smashed when my bar got smashed and fitted semi-sealed headlights with phillips +100 globes. Now i have to drive like a nanna until i get the new bar on lol
Looks heaps better without the bar ;-)
Could not have looked any worse!!
Is that dint in the bonnet from the antenna mount? You're just a wrecker.

Looks like the dent in mine from the antennae mount as well.
You think i would have cut the stupid thing off when i painted the bar considering the car it came off had a dent from it in the same spot.
i just drilled a hole behind it and pushed it back out and primered it the other day.
yep its a dent from the aerial mount but its a bracket type mount, not welded onto the bar. I reckon ill mount the uhf aerial near the radio aerial. Apparantly they work better there. They get a sort of dish effect from the bonnet and windscreen/pillar. that, and its a bit more out of the way from branches.
Wrecker boy
