Can we keep this thread just for Weigh ins and the like and use the Chat thread for Chat re everyones progress and thoughts or the weigh in thread will be a write off for keeping numbers which is what it is for.

Monday 9th May 2011 - 119.3kgs
Monday 09/05/11 was 154.1 now 153.7 loss off 0.4 working night shift ios not helping LOL but a loss is a loss
Morning all - am 96.5kg (after 2 big parties this weekend) - loss of 0.8kg
Did 2 x 4km walks, plus pilates. Then cutting down on portion sizes, plus more veggies etc. then drinking water as much as possible :)
Monday 09/05/2011........102.9 .....-2.5kg
Did more physical w... at w.... than usual this week.
Keep up the goods, peeps. lol Well done. Every little bit helps.

I actually gained weight this week :s 104.8kg , I used a different set of scales today though. I will try extra hard this week though to start the shredding process.

My weight this morning 108Kgs.

Alright very disapointed but he goes 2nd may 107.5kg today 9th may 108.1kg so gain of 0.6kg. Need to be more carefull with what i eat & try much harder.
You can do it old mate!! Your first weigh in was 107.9 - so only a 0.2 increase mate ... And that is bugger all - fluid retention alone will account for about 2-3 kgs easy, so are you getting plenty of water in? I'll revert back to the chat thread from here so as to not fill this one up!!
Might be easier to keep track - I'll update each week. There is a hidden row just in case you notice the maths is not quite right.

16/05/2011 weight is 107Kgs, another kilo gone. :smile:

This weight loss isn't happening as fast as i'd like lol. Really enjoying it though! Did 5.2km walk yest - keeping a fast pace (over 6km/hr) :)

104.2 kg , down 0.6kg from last week - I am going ok but I did splurge a little over the weekend and ruined a good week. The next 5 weekends before I go away I am gonna get more serious. No eating crap at 1am and drinking beers. :) Good to hear peoples are going well.
