Hey mate, I only just saw this thread. have you found a supplier? I get reframe banners printed through work for jobs all the time. i would assume they do flags too. If you like I can find out?

I'm not sure about the size of the flag pole, though.
I've seen some utes with it secured with cable ties to the bull bar and others have a proper pole that 'screws' into the bull bar.

The only thing I request is that when the flag is flying whilst I'm driving forward, that the print is on the left hand side of the flag.
I'll be putting the flag pole on the left hand side of my vehicle so that everybody on the footpath can admire and read the print on their side. Know what I mean?

I think just keep it simple without cluttering the flag.
The attached is a vector scale 1:1 so good to go to print.
