You'd think it would be easy seeing as only smoke at work, don't smoke evenings or weekends and probably go through a 1 1/2 packs (of 25) a week.

Talking to a g'friend today who's in training. And she says, LOTS green veg, NO fruit( too much sugar) and lots coffee.. ( expresso only) Lean meat only!! Chicken, fish ect.

Copy Im in. I went to a commercial scale and almost died of shock. I cant believe the lst few years how fast you can put on weight. So yes I am 100% in. Obviously a helth benefit aswell.

The disgusting part is, I don't drink as a rule (maybe 1 to be social from time to time) & I cant stand Macers. Its all been done by not eating a proper balanced diet.
I don't eat crap food, I just don't eat in moderation & with the right balance of foods.
So if I get my sh!t together & go see the doc for some advice (thanks Rossco for the reminder) I should be good at this....
