I'm Back at Mum and Dads now. Thanks everyone for the trip. It was was great to catch up with everyone and meet our overseas visitor, who left their glenfiddic behind :D.
So far I have done over 3200km
I had a great time. It was well worth the drive. Its a great part of the country and will definatly do it again. The best part was that the weather was great, and I did get to play on the rocks :) a nice steep rutted rock hill climb. Made me feel right at home
I have some pics and a few vids, I will post them up tomorrow
Thanks again gents.
Hi guys will write up properly tomorrow but thanks a lot for an awesome weekend. I'm home now clean and exhausted off to bed.

I already want to organise another trip...LOL !!!!!
As usual my head is in the clouds of the high country and having landed back on earth is not meshing well with me.
Oh to be a Winnie who can just bugger off when he feels like with no kids or commitment or mortgage.
Any way glad our interstate boys made it back safe (Benny still has a bit more to go) so good to see you guys... want to arrange a small trip to Tas where maybe we take one car over between two people and share the cost.. who knows?
I have some more pics to upload and will do so soon.
Thanks Roofy for the Venison it was yummy, Margherita and I had it last night.
I managed to get many a man hug but I think some of that was trying to find the mystery stinker........ shower in a can for gods sake!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha!!!

Will try and get some blurry pics up later, Have to go work on the comohore now, got 30mins from home last night and the ABS light, Check engine light, Airbag light, started dancing on and off with each other. I'm guessing its something electrical and think the battery has also shat itself. Fun and games
Jonathan, I'm really disappointed I never got a punch in the neck and hug from you!!!!
An extra big thanks 2 Nic for letting me go shotgun, without his offer I wouldn't of made it down there
I am still laughing about the Lebo slingshot.... bahahaha! Sneaky sneaky!
Funniest thing was George telling stories on Saturday night. I told him about Gary's sneaky little overtake and he was like..... yeah that's a thing. the lebo slingshot!
Lol I am still not adjusted yet. I keep thinking about my 4b in the drive thinking I could prob just call in sick and go hit some more tracks. But unfortunately I am at work having to talk to customers :-(
Whatever.... I wasn't really trying anyway! hahaha
Thats exactly like a lebo ferrari ( nissan z32 300zx) big, loud, as fast as a tractor and during a street race you've left it for dead by a couple of car lengths after your 1/4 mile run so you back off and get overtaken at warp speed and your like " mate the race ended 100 meters ago......." = lebo slingshot :D
The two tracks had joined up and I was in front, we weren't expecting you to come shooting up the side of the track!
Hahah very very sneaky then, didn't see you at that stage! You were probably 3 feet in the air though.
As has been said before, I'm soooo jealous, blokes. I was at the Mother-in-laws 80th birthday party, but my mind was in the high country with youse. Keep the excellent photos coming.
